    1. pay off debt $20k=$55k
    2. buy a G35 (not new, depreciation is a bitch) $25k=$30k
    3. down payment on a house $20k=$10k
    4. last a disney cruise for me and my wife and daughter. but since my daughter is only 10 months old I would probably save it in a savings account and let it gain interest until she was 5 and then go.....
