dirty lense? flash from the camera? flash from flashlights or cars? or photoshop?
I know all those but I want some real "Insight".
The only photoshop was the arrow and the text and that was done by me 5 minutes ago.
Maybe someone tried to used a hole-saw, to cut through it and open it from the other side. Sounds like something my dumbass would of probably tryed to do. So its quite possible.

maybe that was just the dirty lense, i think its just the picture..
