Seems like you're in the position to change that yourself, sooo what's stopping you? Get them into the scene yourself, i've done my fairshare of recruiting...see people on the street, introduce them to cars and the life, and get them on here....it's that easy...but it's up to you on how hot they are or if they meet your "standards".
