    You are never "kinda" married... and having a kid is not a disqualifier. But dating a woman w/ a kid is not for every man to jump into... u usually find yourself more attached to the kid than her, and if the relationship ends it's kinda difficult to take.

    been there twice. not too long though so it wasnt that bad of a break up as far as the kid goes.
