I've seen that car at plenty of shows, Acutally, we competed against each other at many shows. Dont know the owner though. I mean, I understand if thats not her taste, awsome.. great,, groovy, whatever... But keep it to yourself, especially when you have nothing but some pieces of shit Del sol's.

#1 - My del Sol is no more a piece of shit than your nissan.

#2 - Sorry if I know the history of why my particular model of car came to be. They're not civics, quit being pissy.

#3 - I didn't post that to get attention. I posted it because I think it's funny as HELL that whoever owns that car has the audacity to ask $10k for it.

#4 - You're right, my personal cars have never been much... That's cause I'm doing this thing called getting an education. Sorry if I'd rather dump $20,000 into furthering myself than my car.

#5 - Don't hate on my seat covers... they were function over fashion. I had them left over from my thuper riced out first del Sol, and when I got the red Sol, the seats were in mint condition. Sol seats are made of neoprene... IE VERY thin material. I wanted them to stay in mint condition, and so I figured tossing a set of covers on them would be a good idea.

#6 - The wheels weren't that way when I bought the car... but they looked like hell, and I figured instead of rocking steelies, I'd toss some paint on them. Never got the chance to get anything better. As I said, the car was totalled before it was finished.

#7 - You're right... I'm not telling the whole story... but I will tell you that my sponsors are definitely getting their money's worth... even though if they saw my car in her present state, they'd probably gank everything... which is why I conveniently don't have pics up.

#8 - Supra's hot. But then again, it's hard to fuck up perfection. There's a difference between the stickers on the supra and the ones all over that civic... sure, rep your crew and everyone who supports you, but when there is more vinyl than paint showing, and your car's not wrapped, there's something wrong.

#9 - I love how every one of you is so quick to jump on me for picking fun at a car. You all act like you have never said anything bad about another car on the road. I give due credit where credit is due... as I said before.. swap on that civic looks clean, and if not for the gigantic blue wheels and the freakin stickers everywhere, it would be a pretty clean little daily.

That's not even it, simple fact she is a jock rider calling it RICE because it "is not her taste". Funny how you say more stickers then paint, only one strip on the doors and the clutchnet on the lower door so that would mean that it is atleast 75-85% paint. Sorry you failed again trying to cover your ass for being a jock rider. Quick to come to the defense of someone, no simply we have respect for what people do in the scene (unless it is just blantant crap) but we keep it to ourselves if we don't agree with the stickers or choice of wheels. As for the $10k he is asking for it, why not? If someone gives him that for it then all the better, if not he can lower the price.

I peruse craigslist keeping an eye out for friends who are looking for cars, because apparently in ATL it's possible to get ANYTHING (including someone whose asshole doubles as their head)... Saw the title (CIVIC SHOW CAR), clicked it... thought it was funny that the IA logo was all over the pics.

And Julio... so glad to see your cars... pretty much the only thing I agree with you on is that it takes way too much money to make a fucking honda fast.... well... somewhat close to fast. But the point remains that I enjoy working on Hondas... if I wanted something fast, I could have plenty of other cars... trust me... but I like working on del Sols, and I'm not gonna let your pretty sad attempts at ruffling my feathers bother me. Race the TT? Hmmmm.... Never raced one before... would be fun. I love how you keep saying that your cars look better than anything I've ever owned before. Do you know my entire car history? Dont know how you managed to pull off a trophy being that your front bumper doesnt even line up right....look at your headlight and where the fender meets the front bumper, some blind judges, or it was one of those shows with only 20 trophies and there were only 10 cars that showed.

pretty much... a few light mods, but other than that, yeah. Intake/Header/Exhaust, EG civic lip (which is the best thing someone can do for a sol's appearance...), a few audio mods so the music was actually audible over wind noise... ummm... I think that was all she had at that time.. oh yeah.. the aforementioned eBay special stut bar which *barely* clears the swap in there now... yup that was pretty much it. That particular sticker is a non-negotiable item on all the cars I've owned since about 2001 or so.. my friend Jim is a co-owner of AutoLabz in Birmingham, AL, and he is AWESOME. I keep telling him to become a paid sponsor of this site, but he doesn't think ATL people will drive out to B-ham when we have pretty good shops here (and some really good ^_^)... His shop's awesome, though, and it's pretty much the only place I'll bring my car if I can't figure something out on my own.
