I've have been arguing with myself and thinking too much as I tryed to go to sleep, keeping myself up since I was in elementary school. It got worse, and by 10th grade I could not take it any more, so I dropped out of school. Now I get to relax and sleep during the day.

I tried to use drinking to help, It worked for a month, but after a while, you will get addicted, and it just keeps you up, since you are amused by little things. Look what I've been doing for the past 4hrs, it's sad. Long story short, dont drink to go to sleep, it just gets worse till the point it starts making things worse then when you started.
