No, read it again. He said what a DUMBASS and asked if anyone had seen this LOSER around town. Not just a question. That would be putting someone down, something you just said: Don't do unless you have a 9 second car or under. And I don't even know what car he's talking about, but apparently a few people know the guy and say it's a really clean ride.
