BUT she did take off from her home full well KNOWING that SOMEONE was gonna start looking for her. Since that was her decision, then she should be held responsible for the chain of events she set into motion.

Duluth Mayor Shirley Lasseter said she is looking into the possibility of suing Wilbanks to recover the cost of the search that was mounted after her disappearance. Lasseter estimated the cost at $100,000.

OK I'm trying to be on her shoe. She left without telling anybody....being irresponsible and ect ect which clearly show that she's mentally wrong.Do you think at that moment she will full well know that someone was gonna start looking for her??

Being mentally unbalanced, I don't think she thought abt that at all. I wish I can show u that she claimed she didn't hear anything abt her disappearance...(can't find it...I lost it).As a matter of fact, she decided to call her parents not because of the news abt her disappearance but insted because she had no money left.
