    according to the report that was posted (atleast the way I'm understanding it). The explorer had a green light, so was probably going at speed (whatever speed it is on that road, 45mph I'm guessing), and the Civic pulled out into the intersection, according to the witness.

    however it went down, elliot was a good man and did not deserve this but when its your time to go then it happens. R.I.P Elliot, I didn't know you as well as the team but he's in a better place now watching over. Someone keep everyone updated on the news.
