    yeah. no problem tuan, but ya of course im going to the funeral... i think circuit city is gonna close on the day of the funeral.. not sure yet.. but yeah. yall be easy guys..

    and yes, it cannot be elliot's fault.. he drove like a chump. he never speeds ...barely goes over 4000 rpm.. i mean... he just drives careful as anything... but damn.... i just cant belived this shit..whoever hit him... I think the dude was in a SUV running the red light while elliiot was making a left turn on to venture drive from steve reynolds.... but whoever that fucker is.. gets what the fuckever he deserves man...

    If thats how it happened thats kinda of a crazy case.. The state of Ga if your makin a left hand turn.. usually your at fault.. but if the guy in the suv for sure ran the red light it was definatly his fault.. I just wonder if they would try and place blame on both parties for that....

    It will be interesting. If the guy ran the redlight, he is at fault. No doubt about that. He would have to be travelling VERY fast in order to kill someone in a car with a t-bone hit on the passenger side. I wonder if Elliot was wearing his seatbelt?

    We'll just have to wait for the info in this accident to come out.

    elliots on of those people that wouldn;t be able to drive without a seatbelt on.
