Good question!! The coolness of sueing someone is not just what they have NOW it is what they make LATER as well. THe US Bankrupucy courts also had lots of folks being sued declearing Chapter 11 or 13 to liquidate the civil suit. That practice is VERY hard to get through now, not to mention the criminal aspects of not paying. They no pay they meet Bubba they're new wife with a dick....

A good attorney will file suit against them and anyone leaglly responsable for them. (If they are minors) Normally a crimal case will first prevail then the cvil. It is not likely these guys have the $$ backing as OJ Simpson, who got out of the criminal and got ass raped in the civil.
