    would i have stopped this? nope. not my place and i dont know them and i have seen people that try to help get beat down themselves. If i knew them there is no way i would have let it get this far.

    He was not hit from behind or side or whatever....And as far as who was there and what was said they have no clue who did this and I'm sure they never will..

    Please understand the fact, that someone on the bike could have been hurt really bad and that is the cause of what happen...Its sad that anyone could over look this but its ok...The guy that got hit had nothing to do with the accident ,why the hell would you run your mouth knowing you are in the wrong ?
    What happen happened and I can not change it...SRY...

    I have the benefit of having a father for a judge (for 20 years) and also an attorney. It benefits me to both know the laws and it also helps when you grow up in the courtroom as well. People ask me why I didn't go to law school. My answer is simple: When you grow up around and in the courtroom for 20 years, you want to do something else for a change.

    Why does it sound like you know something or someone that has to do with whoever beat this kid? I could be wrong but it really seems like your sympathy for the guy on the bike is out of place.

    Either way I hope whoever did this is caught and held responsible, apparently there are plenty of witnesses so hopefully someone will come forward with valid information.
