Yea man I think thats worse than getting shot. You can recover from a gun shot but getting kicked in the head really hard is almost certain brain damage. You know the fluid that provides protection and nutrients to the brain isn't going to dampen a hard impact to the head like that. It probably had some type of negative effect on him. I'm all for hitting someone in the mouth for talking shit, the world would be a better place if it happend more often, BUT WHEN THEY STUMBLE BACK AND DON'T WANT ANYMORE, IT'S OVER. The people who did it will face some serious charges. The kid WILL have residual effects (I've been an EMT for 5 years, and spent 2 1/2 as an ER tech). If they would have popped him once and left it at that it wouldn't have reached nearly the level it did (unless it got even more stupid and some got a gun). Chances are noone would have called the cops, noone would have ended up in the hospital, and it would have blown over.
I feel sorry for the idiots who show up at Wal-Mart next week and then cry when the cops "harrass" them because they drive an import.

Was the guy that hit/kicked the other person arrested? If so, then obviously "talking shit" doesn't deserve an ass beating in the eyes of the law (in this case at least). Even worse, if he seriously/permanently injured that kid, he may face SERIOUS civil suit action against him. He could be fucked for life.
