Yeah, like when they "trap" guys for prostitution, they are actually BREAKING the law by soliciting. If they are serving in an enforcement capacity they are cleared. pretty far off topic but I disagree with the soliciting, they always put out chicks that are far hotter than the normal prostitute...that's grabbing the attention of someone that wouldn't normally do it.

My other point is, you have 1 prostitute that might have 5 or more clients a night...instead of worrying about arresting the 5+ customers why not just get the one prostitute???...kinda like killing 5 birds with one stone.
