Well i used to the one of the Managers at CompUSA quite a few years ago, and retail sucks b/c you can never get good employees to stay very long, they always move on to better higher $$ jobs, that or alot of times they become over shadowed by their managers an they never get the respect/recognition they should b/c of toolbag managers taking the credit... so just like tipping a good waiter/waitress; fill out your comment cards, drop and email/phone call, etc... it goes a long way
