    I haven't had a cigg in 2 days.. Today A friend gave me one.. I tried to smoke it and could not even smoke it 2 puffs and threw it away.. good sign

    No craving either... well this morning for a couple of hours...

    good job julio!! i quit back in november.. the first 7 days were the hardest for me.. after a week i didnt even want one.. however still to this day i crave it.. but i wont give in cuz it was too damn hard to quit!!

    I quit bein' a real smoker back in september. now i just bum a cig every once in awhile. beats smokin' almost 2 packs a day..

    yeah ive been working on quiting now for, a month or so, finally been about 2 days for me, and only 3 cigs. And i dont have a pack, even though would not mind a cig right now. but hey I can tell it effects my health.

    Anyway good for you man, keep it up, dont give in.

    I used to smoke but quit after my college finals last semester. I did snag one from Marty at Drift Fury before the competition tho. Had to calm my nerves.
