    Default Attn: my hispanic brethren

    I am looking for el viajero dipping cheese, asedero cheese, or whatever the dipping cheese that is used a t mexican restaurants for their cheese dip. i ahve found severla recipes but not sure what to use.

    What do u guys use? I am making a meal today and i want it to taste right.

    go to Krogers man, and loko in their ethnic foods aisle, get some asadero cheese I guess... I used to have to go to Jalisco or some Spanish store, now Kroger is where its at hehe
