this in my opinion is just evolution and survival of the fittest for street racing because as much as you try to stop street racing the smart guys will continue to find ways to elude the cops and not get caught. we should actually thank stevens cuz hes gettin rid of the ppl who are just too dumb to not know when to street race. plus theyre stereotyping cars by the ones w/ bodykits and two tons of vinyl. go get those to 2 fast 2 furious nuckas. FYI if your a cop and you don't care about us or our street racing then really your personal views are clouding your judgement and your too simple minded to understand the bigger problems that lead people to street racing. just my > .02 i willingly submit this to any court of law where i am here forward found guilty of (insert crime here) and contend my first amendmant right to freedom of speech biatch.
