And no by all means I don't care if you have jurisdiction anywhere...go bother the trucks that get together at the gas stations but if a group of say 2-3 cars get together to hang out and talk then they are street racing and yall need to break it up.
don't get me wrong cops can be cool but you sir are not one of those.
