UP (under pressure) are the guys w/ the fastest overall cars on the boards, just a group of friends under a name, not really a crew. no other crew here in GA comes close . The slowest car they have in their clic was like 13sec, but most of their shit was 10-12, and Peters hatch was a 9sec civic.
