So i sold my fd a lil while back becuase it was too small, it was fucking my polish on my boots off


soooooo...i decided to wait for the car i really wanted
a 180sx with an sr20 (instead of ca18det)
so i called a guy about 3 weeks back about his 180 he was selling

HKS Hipermax coilovers (aroudn 1600 bucks used )
7pt roll cage (300 bucks or so)
OEM nissan Kouki sideskirts and rear skirts (alotta money here)
Kouki 180sx seats (180 down the middle like brides)
Turbo timer
Advan Wheels
HKS catback
apexi downpipe
and some small shit

and i talked him from 5500 without cage or new tires to
3750 with new tires, a cage, and i get to keep the seats lol.

im so excited about the whole thing, i foudn a silvia front end to make a SIL80 hopefully soon, and i foudn a set of 17 inch volk GTU for 300 bucks with good tires. so its on teh way!

fo shizzle, 275-280 WHP is my goal, shoudl be PLENTY to not have to upgrade the stock hairdryer, but enough to get me up the mountains with the quickness

275-280 is not even a goal. I had 290+rwhp 291tq by 5300rpm with my maf maxing out big time not wanting to read anymore cfm's on a BONE stock sr. It was a s15 sr so it has the bigger turbo and injector advatage, but for a s13 sr, flying by the 300 mark its just a slightly bigger turbo and injectors a 300zxtt maf, and a fuel pump and safc. You can have upto 240-260rwhp with the stock s13 set up, but you need a bigger turbo after that, then the injectors maf and starts to crap out after 270-280. If you want 300+rwhp for cheap, then get a pulsar t28, s15injectors, z32 maf and safc. you're good to go for around $1000. (not including a different clutch). you can add $150ish and get a s15 turbo and put down 330ish, or you can put down $800 more and have 400hp+ with bigger injectors and gt3071r, but personally I would go with a standalone rather then a safc after 350hp. Too many options. It will be fast as crap at 250rwhp, but if you have 1500$ and want more power, then go into the 350ish range. It depends what you want, but all in all, 240's can be retarded fast for cheap, so it's up to you if you want something that has nore: responce, drag rights, or somewhere in the middle.

Besides, the prices you listed, subract 25-50% and thats what i will really pay.

But i want to stay on stock turbo and max it out
all i need is injectors, fuel pump, safc2, and boost controller and FMIC, then im set

where at? in my area there arent many to be foudn at a good price with JCI. shit i know where i a silvia Ks bone stock and clean as shit is for 1000 bucks,, but no JCI, and after JCI, recycling fee, and other shit its almost 2200 bucks, including repairs it needs to pass jci (boots ont eh car, cv etc)

im taking it out tomorrow and cleaning it up have to use some double sided moulding tape on some parts, find a buyer for my mismatched ass suspension, adn get a new suspension and cage are my first priorities.
i ended up giving him 3250 becuase he cant fin the HKS fronts, so i have HKS rears nad tein fronts. im not too happy, but its pretty clean.
