Being high, I dont think so. Like Hyper said it would make you more paranoid. I know I would be. Kind of like when those guys were told to pull over after they already pulled over in Super Troupers. Now what would work is if you were drunk. The only problem is you would have to not slur your words, and you would be concentrating on not slurring your words or sounding drunk rather then lying to the questions. You would pass, but it would sound like this:
