wow that pic made me wonder how you would go about mounting a tire on a wheel/tire combo that big.

if you're talking about the truck in the original picture, they have large forklift type machines that cradles the tire and lifts it up and moves it forward onto the hub.

as for mounting the tires on the rims, those tires are generally solid rubber so the rim comes apart and just gets bolted back together around the tire.
