It involves a duckbill sledge hammer and a specialty tool (or two 36in pry bars that are specially made for changing these tires). They are changed on the ground and tires can only be mounted and dismounted from the backside of the rim. It is tricky at first and if you dont learn how to use leverage to your advantage it will work the shit out of you. I use to change tractor trailer tires, as well as consruction and agriculture equipment tires everyday.
