The same guidelines for entering American should apply to all, regardless of origin. It just so happens that the USA primarily has a real "problem" with illegal latinos in terms of numbers due to our shared border.

Man you are making me hungry, I will take a BANDEJA Paisa everyday over a hot dog or hamburger. I am going to have to go to Los Recuerdos or Patacon pisao for lunch tomorrow.
