your talking about being profiled, yes, it happens ALL THE TIME. i have had it happen before. i have been ARRESTED for it before, you know what i did, i fought it in court an won.

I was arrested for street racing , but i wasnt street racing. they mistook my car for another. I was arrested, spent 9 hours in jail, an about $2300 in fines and expenses. I won in court and got most of my money back. Also, i was at a known street racing spot, so i went quietly. i was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The cops were justified for what they did to me, but i proved i was not the one racing so i got let off.

Does profiling happen, yes, is that what happend in this incident, NO.

Also, IF YOU DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING TO TAKE YOU TO JAIL FOR, THEY CANT DO IT
