As someone that has been in law enforcement before, there is a thing called PROBABLE CAUSE. there is also this thing called EVIDENCE. now if the guy had thrown something, sorry, that is DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. if he hitthe girl, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, if she threw something at him DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
