Shooting anyone with a gun of almost any type can be considered assault and possibly, a bit worse. I won't lie, if I drove by someone and I saw them raise up a gun of ANY type and point it at me, I might just have to fire back with real bullets. A split second decision because some idiot decides to raise and shoot a paintball, airsoft, etc gun at me might just end his life. Always keep that in mind...

Leave the fake guns at home and only bring out the real guns when you feel threatened.

A few years ago people were getting in trouble because they thought it would be funny to use a laser pointer on police walking or driving by. Its exactly what he said above noone knows if its a laser pointer, paintball gun, etc so people will react as if its a real gun on them.

Yep. When will people realize that you don't play around with guns? This isn't some game. It doesn't matter what type. If it is a fake gun, real gun, or looks like a gun and is being pointed at me in a threatening manner, expect me to react accordingly. I am sure that almost anyone else would react the same way. People need to grow up and realize that fucking around might just get them killed...
