Define the term....'Ricer'....I always thought of it as people who had those loud-ass mufflers and wings way too big for their car.....the kinds that look like if they go past 50 mph, It'll actually leave the ground....plus all those tacky ass bolt-ons that make the car look like a hotwheel.....lol
