    shit what if u do like 5% and get pulled over and tell the cop it comes stock like that... can they write you a ticket?

    nope, but if you can get a receipt tht shows the installation date was when the tint law was not in effect, like say the date on the receipt says 3/15/05 then they cant do anything becuase you would grandfathered in!
