What is the law about carrying while not in your car? I may have missed it in the thread, but I don't feel like re-reading the entire thing. Does it have to be concealed at all times? For example, if it is in a holster on your back and your shirt slips up and someone sees it, can you get in trouble even if you have a license? Or with a license are you able to have it wherever you like?
