    it was not past the time limit it was towed at 10:55- 11:00... the guys receipt was for 10:06. the guy was just power hungry... they went t otalk to the manager of varsity. maybe they got it worked out.

    i remember once, when Club NV used to be down teh street, i would park at the Varsity, and when i l;eft there, the tow truck guy said that my car was going to get towed, but they couldn't cause the car was too low and couldn't get clearence under my front bumper( this was like 3-4 years)
