agreed, but its up to the discretion of the judge, if an officer were to want to make an issue of it. the rules are very vague..i.e. could be used against you if the situation was right... "For the purpose of this Code section, "public gathering" shall include, but shall not be limited to, athletic or sporting events, churches or church functions, political rallies or functions, publicly owned or operated buildings, or establishments at which alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises." The one cop I saw out there last night seemed quite down on the whole crowd...I could imagine someone like that making an issue of it. There were a shitload of folks out there last night.
