Something else to consider as well Tony, considering the name of your business I think you would want the font to portray exemplary seafood that only "your" company can guarantee to deliver- and the first logo most closely depicts that, it just needs some more tweeking. I look at the second logo and it strikes me as being more bland/generic, almost "Gorton's" fisherman-like.
