What about how squad cars have the video cams in the front...will it respond to that. And if it if u get pulled over and the camera is pointed at the rear end of your car, couldnt they be watching the tape for reference and see the glare/nonreadable tag and then fine u for it.???

Thats just the chance you have to take on all of these....but On most of them...you can look at it head on and see it fine....When you look down on it from where the traffic cameras are it will blurr all the numbers/letters out!
