    true dat, but i'm sure if he waited until there was absolutely no choice to shoot things would be different... cause think about it he does look quite guilty (motive) since the guy beat his ass the day before. shooting the guy before he got to the car would be the thing... 1) why didn't he drive off? 2) if he couldn't drive off b/c of traffic, as soon as the other guy tried to get into the car/break window would be time to then fire

    either way that is some crazy shit. were these guys from high school?

    YOU SEE.. I DISAGREE, LETS SAY SOMEONE WHOOPED THE SHIT OUT OF YOU SO BAD YOU WERE IN ICU

    YOU GET OUT OF ICU AND ARE DRIVING HOME AND THE SAME GUY FINDS YOU AND GOES FOR ANOTHER ATTACK!

    WOULD YOU NOT BE SCARED SHITLESS... ESPECIALLY STILL BEING WOUNDED FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE??

    THE FACT THAT THEY WERE STUCK AT A RED LIGHT AND THAT THE VICTIM WAS SHOT 2 FT FROM MY BOYS CAR SHOWS ME THAT IT WAS SELF DEFENSE, OTHERSWISE WHY WOULD THE VICTIM BE OUT OF HIS CAR.. IT WAS OBVIOUS THERE WAS GOING TO BE ANOTHER ATTACK

    MY BOY DIDNT EVEN ROLL DOWN HIS WINDOW.. NO PREMEDITATION TO THAT SHIT.. HE SHOT RIGHT THROUGHT THE GLASS..

    THIS WAS AN ONGOING SCUFFLE BETWEEN THE 2 OF THEM.. MY BOY WAS BRAD CRANE.. HE WAS HUGE, CRAZY AND IDNT GIVE A FUCK.. IT WAS GONNA END WITH ONE OF THEM DIENG.. BUT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I JSUT DONT AGREE WITH THE STATE
