This may have been brought up but I did not think police could give tickets on private property? Unless I read the story wrong..
Either way I dont see the logic in 55 in a parking lot, I would have pulled you over too because that sounds like you wanted to speed.
Any time I get pulled over my routine is to shut the car off.. roll the windows down and hands on the steering wheel, usually this will put the cop at ease because there are no suprises. I've been let go 3 or 4 times and have received one speeding ticket in georgia. (72 in a 55
