most of the big vw shows have not been posted on here..the only one i've seen posted on here ever is Southernvolks. theyre arent many vw/audi shows really in a year(but theyre are huge events a handful times a year, and when they do happen.mainly becasue theyre all over the nation.a good number are down in florida right now for SFGTG and a lot from ATL are caravaning up to Tenn in APril for Bug-a-pulooza., you'll see license plates from all over the country.

Theres plenty of Shows with Euro classes and plenty of track events with FWD and AWD drive classes.
I've Have notice with alot of local dub owners if they are not the center of attention they wont support, Not all , just some.
VW and AUDI's are great cars to keep locked up in a garage or take it out for a meet or Dyno day or clean to look good in a picture, put the Mofo to work.

I agree. Vortex is pretty harsh at times, and pauls golf just doesnt seem like somin vortex would be feeling. I personally think the car is turning out nice. I personally would get diff wheels or go all black on them, but if paul likes it and hes happy, im happy for him. I see how some people may say i dont like it, ok cool. But why just go on and on raggin on the car...........u not driving it. Oh well i think its headed in a good direction and this is begging so oh well. I do agreee with this statement tho.........



Right now I understand why everyone is hating on this. I do, however, think it has a lot of potential for a low cost

tint the widows
smoke the headlights
Smoke the side markers/blinker
Tire Black
Smoke the taillights
Get rid of all the stickers

With all of these mods I would say your ride would be real hot. Right now it looks like a mess with all the stickers and different colored lights and stuff. It just doesn't look clean right now. The paint is cool but all the other stuff draws you away from the paint. If you are going to have such a noticeable paint scheme you need everything else to just blend in, otherwise you have a mess that doesn't look good. Anywho those are my two cents. Make it cleaner and you got a sweet ride!

no doubt, i went to more events last year then anyone on these boards and probably more than anyone on vwvortex (i lost track at 75+ events)... avg dub owner goes to dub only events... and i can count on one hand the amount of events in the southeast for dubs. i personally don't give a shit what any of them say, seriously i said it right... i'm a dub owner from the import scene.
