The only stats that you will be able to find on people being killed while driving with weed in their system were all cases of DUI (the alcohol type). They don't test you just for weed, they subsequently find it in the blood test looking for alcohol. Weed stays in the system for like 30 days. Doesn't mean they were high when they crashed...just means that they still had it in their system from when they did smoke.
