ahhh ok, i thought you just meant whenever you see it, but yeah i feel ya, i see it happen but i never think to call tha cops...i think i will do so now when i see someone drunk drivin or street racin on a crowded street, i'll make an effort....oh yeah what about if there at a light and the first 2 at a light and they just fuck around for a while....but no one is infront of them? will you call then?
