    DITTO ...thats why I only buy the Surgical Steel tongue rings...not the acrylic. Keep ice in your mouth until it melts and the steel tongue ring stays cold for a good while. Also toothpaste if after you brush you swallow it and swallow some mouth wash it keeps your breath cooled to highten the feeling of the recipiant/s. I thought this was a good morning thread lol.

    last night i woke up several times cause it felt like i had something in my throat. It still feels like i have something stuck there. I dont know if its cause im getting sick or from welding stainless steel last night. Those gasses can fuck you up.
