I got pulled over by Cobb County.......I was in court as a witness for a friend's accident and I remember reading that you can only use it every 5 years and it drops points and charges, but a fine will be in place. I haven't haeard about going 24 over keeps you from using No Lo.
I was gonna throw the "it was 3:30 in the morning" card, I mean I wasn't hauling ass, I was going fast enough for me to stay awake and slow enough to maintain the safety of me and my passengers. ALSO what pisses me off is he got me RIGHT before the 285 border where the speed limit is 65 :jerkit:
i had a ticket for 24 over last year and planned on pleading no lo contendry...but when i got to court i was told anything that is 4 points or more, you cannot plead no lo contendry...Originally Posted by Jtultra
