    yea, i just got the cnn breaking news update. his name is Joseph Ratzinger of Germany. He is the new pope - the 265th pope to be exact.

    Yea Kristi thats what i was thinking, but this guy was like John Paul's right hand man so maybe they knew he wasnt gonn be there for long and jus give him a shot at it. But how can people say they dont care or who gives a fuck? Hoenstly if you didnt you wouldnt said anything at all, putting down the Pope is like putting down Martin Luther king as a black civil leader. From what i heard women might be gettin less of a role in the Catholic church with this guy.

    they wanted to vote for a older person cuz they thought teh john paul ruled for too long and he was too pwerful..they want someone older who won;t be pope for very long like traditional popes...john paul was consider too young
