go get avg, which is free antivirus, it should do the trick. You may want to boot into safe mode without networking (keep pressing F8 while booting until it asks you what mode to boot into) then scan while its in safe mode. Do that 2 or 3 times until it doesn't find any more viruses. Then get adaware (you can get it from download.com) and scan for spyware with that a few times. That should set you streight...
