Correct. Crips have been around quite a few years before Bloods. And also, Dirus started out as Crips. But the Dirus started having a problem with some Crips and wanted to branch out. They found some Blood gangs and met up with one gang that had it out for Crips because the Crip put a Blood to death. The Dirus fed off that and became a Blood sect.
