I understand the benefits but a majority of the people into the tuning aspect of cars run solo...i have no desire to be in a club but 7 days a week i can still hang out with tons of car people if i choose. Then if i want to be in a car show i can pay the entrance fee and go without having someone else hold my hand the entire way. It seems to be an image thing....i'm not into it to impress people, it's just fun to build up & fabricate something yourself and go run the shit out of it.
