it's only complicated if you don't know much about them ...got a couple at the shop we've been working on...one with a built head and sleeved with RSX Type-s pistons then got another stock bottom end b20z that we're prolly gonna throw in the eg hatch to see what it does (we got 205whp out of it with a mildly built stage 1 b16 head). Dyno'd them a couple times and ran a few races...

nooo, yes but nooo...that's the worst b-series ever made (for upgrading). The one and only b20's to use are from the CRV.

no, i said the b20 from the prelude was not a good engine...i think the lowest hp output off all b-series, even lower than the LS b18b. I'm assuming he got a b20b from a CRV since you can get them relatively cheap and throw on just about any head...it would be pointless to get th b20a3 or a5 from the prelude because they barely produce 100hp and would cost just as much money.

lol, compared to a GS-R and produce just as much power & torque with a stock b16 head, yes you can build them cheap...for just about the same price as a stock LS. Would, the "best bang for your buck" be better than saying you can get them "relatively cheap"?

man hes got a B20Z or a B20B. i bet its a B20B. Zs are getting hard ot find. the B20 from the old preludes , id be surprised if that motor still ran. plus i dont think any of the "normal" b series trannys will bolt to it, it was a COMPLETELY different motor.

only thing its good for is the OEM 95mm crank
