    G-35 or 350z? which one do you think is a better buy? Thinking or getting one but im stuck in between..

    Have you gone out and checked them both out and test drove each of them yet?

    If you have and you're still stuck then I'd probably lean towards the G35.

    g35...theyre much nicer and i think handle better than the 350z...

    g35...i dont know how they are motor wise, but i love the look at more on that then i do the 350

    g35 is better looking but its just a glorified 350, so i would get the 350 and save the $$$

    im with paul, i used to get pissed on ones who bought the z and not the g... but these days they are starting to go wacko on mod prices so go to the z if moding, if not stay with my G35

    actually, the G35's suspension is a wee bit more refined than the 350z.....it doesnt have that toe/camber problem notorious on the 350's

    i think the 350 is a tad faster than the g35 as well. as for modding and ricing's sake, 350 also wins. if you want a nicer car... G35.

    They both suck..........


    Get a MKIV and call it a day

    If u really into sports car, than, get the 350Z.It's a two seater, and it's really compact.Just like driving my CRX.

    If u are looking for luxury,looks, coupe..than go for the G35.....

    As far as performance goes, the 350z is better!!

    Or of course you could just dump the import scene, buy a 5.0 mustang for 2,500, and you'll have 30k+ if you insist on spending all your money lol... Any clue on how fast of a car you would have with 30k in a 5.0? My car only has about 8k in the motor and I'm sitting at 460rwhp. Gotta love the cheap build ups of mustangs = )

    I'm prob ganna test drive both in a few weeks I'm not buying a new one prob be a 2003 you can find them pretty cheap around 25 and low milage. the thing is I can't find a manual G-35 but there an ass load of Z's to choose from. probly be buying either by late May. As far as moding goes its over $5000 to put the twin turbo in either..... and thats the 1st thing I wanna do to which ever one I choose.

    My gues is that it will cost a little more than 5000 to do a FULL turbo kit.
    Plus, money to fix it when it breaks...

    But, i dont claim to know a lot about the 350z/G35 powerplant/transmission.

    If u getting a Z..get the 04 and up model.
    There's a lot of transmission/feathering problem on the 03.

    That would be nice except for the fact that I want as newer car. Buying a use supra would mean at least 100,000 miles and a lot of fixing up before I can start moding.... peronsally I'm leaning more towards the Z there tons to choose from around the $25, 000 price range. There a few G's but they all have auto tranny.... but look wise the G looks so much cleaner....
