yea saying you aint paying anything to something that isnt in your pocession isnt the best way to look it, bc if u do, jail time could be right around the corner for you. If you too still have a decent relationship then i wouldnt even see court in the picture. Id just work it out w/her in a way thats convient for the both of you.
