Questions to stump the parts store clerk....

We got this going on our site, and its pretty funny,

Here are a few so far!

- Do y'all have a thermostat for a '65 VW Beetle?

- I need a quart of halogen for my headlights, I looked on the shelf, but one the guy's got it from the back last time!

- Do ya'll sell Synthetic Blinker Fluid or just the regular kind?

- I got a 2000 Wrangler with a V6, can ya'll get a starter for that?

- I need to get some sparkplugs for my jetta tdi....I think we been using the NGK's!

I need a distributor for a 93 Isuzu Rodeo V6. (coilpacks)

I need ball joints for a 63 VW Beetle (had a kingpin/linkpin front end. No ball joints)

I need a fuel filter for an 02 Infiniti I35. (doesn't have one. Non serviceable and in the tank is the only "filter" if you wanna call it that)

I about got kicked out of the parts store last week becuse the guy at the parts counter, got mad for being a dumbass.

Me- Im looking for spark plugs for a 91 300zxtt.
Him- The computer only list's the ones for the NA
Me- thats weired, last week yall did but only had 3left. whats the heat range on the na ones?
Him- ??? pulls out the spark plugs. (5)
Me- Try a 93 300, maybe its somthing with the computer.
Him- Are you sure? the head clearence might be different.
Me- No its fine, it will work.
Him- SO, what year 300 is it?!?!
Me- I dont drive a 300, but the engine is a 2001.
Him- You should of told me that! as he attempts to look up 2001 300zx.
Him- It does not exist! what car do you drive!
Me- You dont have it in the system its an imported engine.
Him- Then how do you know whitch one to get.
Me- Because I know what works.
.....
Me- forget the spark plugs, whats the oil filter # for a 91-94 2liter sentra?
Him- I thought you had a 300.
Me- no I have a 240sx, with a turbo variation of that sentra motor.
Him- You should of told me this all along (goes back to sparkplugs and looks up 2001 sentra), there is no 2L turbo!
Me- (thinks to self "god damit"), Dont worry about the spark plugs, whats the oilfilter # for a 93 2L sentra?
Him- Looks it up, prints it out, slams it on the table and walks off to the back room.

Dumb son's of bitches like that guy need to shut the fuck up, have no opinion, and type in what ever the fuck the customer wants them to type. I told him from the get go that the engine did not exist in the system, but he did not want to belive me, and ended up trying to find it, looking like a dumbass, and pissing himself off.

It happend a couple of times, but that one was by far the worst. Most others, just insist, "what car do you drive!" after you tell them its not in the system, so you go ahead and give them the real car. They try to type it in, look like a dumbass for not listening, then start to listen. They normally dont listen for 1-2minutes, but the guy I posted of, that was just 1/3rd of what was said and looked up over the 15min ordeal. It would of taken 1-2 minutes, if he of just shut the fuck and looked up what I asked him to look up.

Damn, what was some asshole shit......like something I have done. Years ago a parts guy at Ed Voyles Honda told me that I "invented my own block stamping because that engine doesn't exist." Keep in mind that was AFTER me showing him the stamp on the block.

I AM a parts guy and I hate parts guys.
